Stephen Pollan is a successful entrepreneur with over twenty years of executive leadership experience. After progressing through operations management and human resources positions with international food-industry corporations, he chose to take advantage of new entrepreneurial opportunities when creating Assessment Technologies Group (ATG).He strives every day to make ATG the best in the business of organizational consulting, and always pursues through difficulties until the job is done right. Stephen is a well-respected businessman and devotes a great deal of his time improving the Jacksonville community as a member of many local boards and councils.

Lakshmi Narayanan

Dr. Lakshmi Narayanan is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, Educator and Scholar-Practitioner, Consultant, Cross-Cultural Trainer, Course Developer/ Designer and People Scientist.
Her Skills include Psychological Assessment, Situational/Behavioral interviewing, Mentoring, Coaching, Survey Feedback, Training, Competency Modeling, Talent Management, Stress Management, Cultural Competency and DEI Training. She is certified in Human Capital Assessment (HUCAMA) and Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management.
She has several years of experience in teaching, research, and consulting both nationally and internationally. She has also served on many leadership and administrative positions and for private and public organizations. She has several presentations and has published in many top tier peer-reviewed journals.
She also received a Gold Medal for her exemplary academic performance. She is presently a Senior Board Member for the Florida Industrial/Organizational Group for the state of Florida.


Shanker Menon
Senior Consultant

Shanker Menon is a scholar—practitioner and is Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and Management expert, with degrees on both Psychology and Management. He has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from USF and also a second doctorate, a Doctor of Business Administration from USF. He also has an MBA and MA in Economics.
He is also an academic and has worked as an Associate professor nationally and internationally. He has worked in Management at the Dhofar University, and as an Associate at the American University of RAK. His expertise is in Talent Management, Executive Coaching, Strategic management, Leadership, Organizational Change, and Business analytics.
He worked in ASC providing consulting expertise and training to large and medium organizations. He has been involved in numerous projects including his involvement with University of Quebec. He is a Steering Committee Member of the nonprofit Cathedral Arts Project (Any Given Child)-Kennedy Center, Jacksonville, and a Board of the nonprofit organization FIOP, Florida.
